Before we get started, I want to learn more about you and your brand so that I can begin to tell your unique story. You will find a list of onbarding items I need from you later in your welcome packet.
02. Kick-off
Next, we’ll schedule a call to dive deeper into your challenges, goals, and customers. This is my chance to learn all about you and what makes you tick.
Project Strategy and Design
02. After our meeting I’ll provide you with a creative brief outlining the details of your project, once approved this will be the document we both refer to ensuring your project stays on course.
Once I have everything needed for your project, I’ll roll up my sleeves and get to work.
I’ll then send you updates every step of the way to ensure our two-way communication is active and everything matches your vision.
Presentation
04. Sit back, relax and watch me explain all the details of your deliverables during our presentation call. This is your chance to ask questions and gain clairty on your project and the upcoming steps.
This is also the part where you get to do your happy dance! Your project is completed.
Post-Project Support
05. We’ll do two (2) free rounds of revisions based on your feedback to get everything ready for your audience. I also offer one week of post-project email support.
Finally, I’ll send you a client experience questionnaire at the end of the process asking about your experience with me, and how I can improve.
