In-home spa treatment

In a previous post, I talked about full-body care, if your mom is as luxury-loving as Kris Jenner then My full body self care article is a great place for you to start with your spa.

Body brush.

I love using a body brush. Not only does it feel good but it does good. Dry brushing sessions to increase blood flow stimulate collagen production. This will also allow your mother to begin her day of beauty right.

Make her some homemade scrubs and face masks.

  • Homemade scrub
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • Enough brown sugar to make a paste.

I love using this all over my body and the best part is you smell like a cookie.

DIY match face mask

  • 1/12 teaspoon water
  • 1 tablespoon match
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil.

Wear it for 10 minutes then rinse off.

Extra spa experience

Set up a bubble bath using her favorite sents, get some candles, and allow mom to do the rest.!
