I love Versailles. Even the in your face bold French Baroque interior design. Despite not liking gold anything, Versaillas is one of the places where I could move right in.
Then there is the chateau de Maintenion.
While decked out in whatever style and updated in the twenties there is a sense of cosy about the place. I find a warmth and strong connection to the homey large chateau.
If I had to determine what my style is that would be cosy and warm. A place where I feel comfortable taking my shoes off and run around in my flannel pajamas. Not a place where I am scared to spill my drink.

All about Decor
When I was a little girl I was given a lot of hand-me-downs. The sad part of being the baby. Since then I had absolutely no interest in anything old, vintage, or used. I had to have new things. Fast forward to the last few years, life changed dramatically. I left...
When coming up with how you want to decorate your home there are a few things you might want to consider. Sure, it’s exciting picking out colours and lamps oh, and throw pillows, but sometimes it can become overwhelming if you follow trends or fads and not trust your...

Growing up in the States I was raised to be weary of alleyways. My mother was not the one who enforced this. Even now, living in France, I am still nervous about entering alleyways. But when I do muster up the courage to wander through an alley I am pleasantly...
Savory Crêpes is not something you hear on the regular in the States. Especially if you're an iHop fan. Most of the crêpes you see at iHop are covered in sweet sauces, fruit and pie fillings, and of course whipped cream. While sweet crêpes have their place in society,...
For me, traveling is just about getting to go to some destination and elbowing my way through crowds just to see or do some once-in-a-lifetime activity. When I travel, I like to soak up the history, the culture, and of course the world around me. As a self-proclaimed...
