1. Find out who your audience is.
a little research here will go a long way. When you know who your audience is, then you can get a better understanding of their struggles and desires.
This information also gives you a clear direction and purpose, which of course, is the main point of the content.
2. Tell a Story
Storytelling is the best way to make a connection with your audience.
We love knowing that someone has not only experienced what we have experienced, but they found a way to make life better.
When you let your audience in and let them make a connection with you, then you’ve created a community-which in many instances, is priceless.

3. Communicate with Your Audience
Social media is a great tool to use to connect with your audience.
You are in front of your audience (connected); take advantage of that platform by learning about their needs, and how they have tried to accomplish their goals or breakthrough challenges before, then demonstrate how offer your amazing advice can change their lives!
Another great reason to use your social media to make connections is to demonstrate that your brand is reachable, real and of course provides value!
4. Share your good works!
Work with the community online and/or in real life (IRL). Demonstrate how you make valuable changes for good with your products and services.
Perhaps a meet and greet, or you could have a contest to help raise money for a local charity.
Just make sure that your plans align with your brand.
